Sleep & Eat is a service of MaFa IT-Consultancy BV, Schoolstraat 11, 3630 Maasmechelen, Belgium. We operate an online platform connecting travellers with accommodation providers across Europe.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address and phone number when you create an account or send an availability request. Accommodation providers also supply property details and pricing. We automatically collect technical data such as IP addresses and browser information when you use our platform.

Your data is used to operate the platform, process availability requests, manage your account, send transactional messages, and improve our service through analytics. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing.

We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver our service), legal obligations (where required by law), and legitimate interests (to prevent fraud and improve the platform). Where applicable, we ask for your consent.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, your data is removed within 90 days unless legal requirements mandate a longer retention period.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We work with processors such as cloud hosting and email providers who have signed appropriate data processing agreements. Accommodation details are visible to the public as part of the platform's function.
