Sleep & Eat is an online platform where accommodation providers can offer their properties to travellers. Sleep & Eat acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the agreement between guest and host. We are not responsible for the execution of bookings or the quality of the accommodations offered.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse or violations of these terms.

Prohibited activities include posting false information, disrupting platform operations, unauthorized access attempts, and spam. The platform reserves the right to terminate any use conflicting with these terms or applicable law.

Accommodation providers bear full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of their listings. Sleep & Eat does not systematically review content but reserves the right to remove misleading or inappropriate listings.

All platform content remains owned by MaFa IT-Consultancy BV. Reproduction without explicit permission is not permitted.

The platform is provided 'as is' with no guarantees regarding availability or accuracy. Sleep & Eat's maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the prior year.

Belgian law governs these terms. The courts of the Limburg district have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
